TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
• The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior. You can print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale)• I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my socials unless asked to beforehand• I do NOT allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. The same to be said for NFTs• I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason• You cannot heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission
COMMERCIAL USAGE
• The minimum price increase +100% of the total price• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc.)
PAYMENT
• Full payment should be sent after the sketch is approved• Payments will be made through my Lavatop (Paypal, Card)• I do not allow chargebacks or refunds• Turnaround time is usually 1 week to 1 month and depends on the commission type and the complexity of the piece. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire
